NOVAFUSE SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, 
excluding federal holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders 
placed after 2:00 PM EST may begin processing the following 
business day.

SHIPPING METHODS & ESTIMATED DELIVERY
We ship to all 50 U.S. states.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date 
of order. Estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier 
delays, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond 
our control.

TRACKING
A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be 
sent once your order has shipped. Please allow 2–5 business days 
for tracking information to update after shipment. If tracking has 
not updated within 7 business days of your shipping confirmation, 
please contact us at support@novafuse.com.

SHIPPING DELAYS
NOVAFUSE is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping 
carrier, customs, weather events, or incorrect shipping information 
provided by the customer. If your order has not arrived within 25 
business days of shipment confirmation, please contact us and we 
will investigate with the carrier.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping 
information at checkout. NOVAFUSE is not responsible for orders 
shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. 
Re-shipment of orders returned due to incorrect address information 
will be at the customer's expense.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
NOVAFUSE is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the 
carrier. We recommend using a secure delivery location. If you 
believe your package was lost in transit (no delivery scan within 
25 business days), contact us and we will file a claim with the 
carrier on your behalf.

P.O. BOXES & APO/FPO
We currently ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via standard 
shipping only. Additional delivery time may apply.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not currently ship outside the United States.
